Acknowledging and Celebrating the achievements of members of the FISSTC and other FIS students taking part in the competitions.
Since the FISSTC started entering this competition on our behalf, our entries have steadily improved as the criteria have been understood. FISSTC groups have achieved honorable mentions in the past, and in 2023, two groups achieved the 'Meritorious' standard.

These competitions offered as part of the Oxford University were started alongside the FISSTC and have run for several years now, starting with the Senior Physics Challenge in 2021, adding the Intermediate Physics Challenge in 2022, and the Junior Challenge in 2023. We have achieved a good range of results, but the gold awards are an excellent achievement and have so far gone to:

In 2024, we are took part in the UKBC Biology Challenge and UKBC Intermediate Biology Olympiad for the first time. These competitions are organised in conjunction with the Royal Society of Biology and University of Warwick.
